Where we ship
The Netherlands and Belgium.
Shipping cost
Included in the order price. Founders Drop (€87 / quarter), Operator Quarterly (€97 / quarter) and Operator Annual (€349 / year) all include shipping for every delivery within the subscription period — for orders to NL and BE.
Delivery time
3–5 working days from the moment your order ships. We aim to ship within 1 working day of payment confirmation.
If we expect a delay (out of stock, supplier issue), we'll email you with a revised date and offer a refund if you don't want to wait.
Carrier and track & trace
We ship with PostNL. You'll receive a track & trace link by email when your order leaves our warehouse.
Missing or damaged delivery
If your tracking shows delivered but you didn't receive the package, check first with neighbours and your PostNL ServicePunt. If it's still missing after 48 hours, email hi@getmode3.com with your order reference and we'll start a PostNL investigation and re-ship at our cost.
If the package arrives damaged, photograph the box and contents before opening anything further, then email us within 7 days. We replace any product damaged in transit.
Subscription renewals
Subscription deliveries follow the same schedule: shipped on the renewal date, arriving 3–5 working days later. You can pause or skip a delivery by emailing us at least 5 days before your renewal date.
Outside NL / BE
We're not shipping outside the Netherlands and Belgium yet. If you'd like MODE³ in your country, email hi@getmode3.com — we keep a waiting list.
