14-day right of withdrawal

You have 14 days from the day you receive the product to withdraw from the purchase without giving any reason, under Article 6:230o of the Dutch Civil Code.

You then have another 14 days to send the product back.

Condition of the return

The product must be:

If the product has been used more than necessary to assess it, we may reduce the refund to reflect the diminished value (Article 6:230s sub 3 BW).

How to start a return

Email hi@getmode3.com with your order reference and the reason (the reason is for our improvement — you don't have to give one). We reply within 2 working days with the return address and a confirmation.

Return shipping cost

The cost of returning the product is for your account. We recommend a tracked service so the parcel doesn't disappear.

Refund

We refund the full amount you paid (including original shipping) within 14 days of receiving the returned product, using the same payment method you used to order. We may withhold the refund until the product is back with us or you've proven you sent it.

Model withdrawal form

You may use the wording below. Sending it isn't mandatory — any clear declaration of withdrawal by email is enough.

Cancelling a subscription

Subscriptions (Founders Drop quarterly, Operator Quarterly, Operator Annual) can be cancelled at any time from Settings in the MODE³ app, or by emailing hi@getmode3.com.

Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current paid period. You keep access to the app and receive any deliveries already due during that period. We do not refund pro-rata for the unused remainder of an already-paid period.

What can't be returned

Per Article 6:230p BW, the right of withdrawal does not apply to digital services that have been fully performed at your request — for example if you start using the MODE³ app within the 14-day window, the digital portion of the subscription is no longer returnable. The physical product portion retains the full 14-day right.

Defective or wrong product

If the product arrived defective or it isn't what you ordered, do not use the return procedure — email hi@getmode3.com and we'll arrange a replacement at no cost to you under our conformity warranty.
